The ground survey of elephants, in Goaso ecosystem using the dung count method. The survey was carried out during the wet and dry season but only the wet season (November 2007) estimates were submitted as opposed to the dry and merged season estimates because some of the merged season measurements and precisions are not available in the survey report and to enable season consistency with the 2009 survey that was carried out during the wet season. The survey results of Bia Conservation Area have been recorded in a separate submission.
