The elephant estimate of Bontioli partial and total faunal reserve based on a ground sample count that was carried out from 18th to 28th April 2007. Due to the fact that collected data were insufficient to consider statistical treatment for elephant population estimate the estimate was submitted as an informed guess with the support of the Philippe Bouche's 2014 personal communication.
